Hope all is well, but I'd agree with the others that this seems like a "poor ticket sales" related illness. Some cities were sold out but ticket sales in other cities were light.

The concert industry is struggling across the US and even the most popular acts are having a tough time keeping their tours going.

Having said that if SOAD went back on tour they'd sell out 15k tickets/site in hours, IMO.

I seen Serj live in Paris the 31th august and, at the beginning of the show, he said he was sick, so, he asked a lot the crowd to sing (and even one lucky man - Big Up Julien ! - came on the stage and sang all refrains of "Praise the Lord and pass the Ammunition") and after the show, he refused to get close of fans (for photos and kisses) with the same pretext.
It was the same in bourges, he had a bad cold and apologized if he didn't sing well.
I think, a lot of singers would have cancelled the whole tour earlier than him.

So I think he just must have a bad flu... and have to take care of himself.

I'm so excited ! I just can't wait to hear his new album !!! ^^

First I wish that Serj is Ok. Now, I went to a lot of shows in my life(more than 40) and only 3 were cancelled... the 3 of them involved Serj ( Two with SOAD and this one)... I am kind of mad..

I was so excited when I found out there would be a show in Buffalo. Now we're getting a refund. The next closest place is NY, NY. I'm afraid that would be cancelled too, not to mention ticket prices are much higher for reserved seating. I understand the need for a break, but I'd at least like to know if he plans on coming to Buffalo still. I was even looking at the Chicago IL show but that's been postponed.

After a good cry, I feel okay. Although I still want to scream at the world at the top of my lungs, it's okay. I waited around 7 months to go to the September 18 concert in Los Angeles. All I wish is Serj to get this tour up quickly. I hope they all have the best wishes, and good luck to all of them. They know they are amazing. I wish good health.

I'm confused. which shows exactly are postponed? because it says he's rescheduling after the release of his album. and the show i have a ticket for is after the album release.

First and most important, I hope everyone is ok! If so, SERJ ( or someone...JON???) PLEASE DO SOMETHING about the current ticket holders... I was sooo stoked to getting GA tickets for both the LA and SF show because usually they are by taken by people who just want to make money off it. So even you are online right at 10am, your LUCKY to get GA. plead to you to at least open up presale to current ticket holders or let us keep our seats somehow :( WE ARE THE FANS! CULT4SERJ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the shittiest news EVER!!!! I had the best tickets for the show in Detroit. When is the tour going to be rescheduled? You know I kinda saw this coming. I thought man, Serj is really going for it, he's been touring so much and he's just gonna start another one... As long as I can still see him whenever the tour is back on, I'm good. As long as Serj and the F.C.C. are well, the universe is still in line.

Someone needs to tell Ticketmaster. Its website still has tickets for sale for most shows. Its customer service department says it has no knowledge of any postponed shows, like the one in Detroit that I have tickets for.
